Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Processing time

Every tee is printed to order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of being placed. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates, and can be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking

When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.

Multiple items

If you order several tees, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Customs

For deliveries within the EU there are no extra customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.

Lost or late parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, email us at support@heatwavemask.com with your order number and we will look into it, then send a replacement or refund.
